Enjoy food stations, beer & wine bar, and be among the first to purchase a tree for yourself, your business, or for a local family or organization in need.

During Oglebay Institute’s Festival of Trees, Oglebay’s Pine Room is transformed into a Christmas wonderland of fully-decorated trees, wreaths, centerpieces and swags created by area designers. All items are for sale with proceeds benefiting Oglebay Institute’s arts, cultural, and nature programs. The Festival also highlights Oglebay Institute programming throughout the week.

Gardens of Light & Nativity Display:
The Gardens of Light and Nativity Display at the Hilltop features gleaming brick pathways aglow with holiday cheer, appointed with more than 150 lighted hanging baskets and thousands of glowing hyacinths.

At The Hilltop, you’ll also find a large selection of holiday shopping including Carriage House Glass featuring the area’s largest selection of decorative glass. Farmhouse Sweets & Treats Shoppe– a chocolate lover’s dream- is the place to go for gourmet candy, regional food products, custom gift baskets and holiday gifts.

As you travel through the Gardens of Light and Nativity display, stop by the Palm Room and Garden Center Gift Shop for charming seasonal items and gifts for the gardener on your list. Wander the Christmas Tree Garden with three dozen shimmering trees on your way to the spectacular 1846 Mansion Museum.

Santa’s Reindeer Training School:
Meet Santa’s reindeer and the Zoo Keepers who train them during this brand new 30-minute animal encounter.
Group encounters available daily at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm.

Price: $65 per group (up to six guests).

Located in the lobby of Wilson Lodge, Sarita’s Coffee Bar serves seasonal Barista-style coffee drinks, great grab & go items plus fresh holiday goodies from the bakery. Open daily 7am – 7pm.
Glassworks Grill

The Glassworks Grill in Wilson Lodge brings casual dining to life through artful menu items ranging from gourmet burgers and flatbreads to seasonal salads. Offering an array of craft beer and fine wine, Glassworks Grill is the ideal setting for gathering with friends, or watching the big game.
